How we get the personal information and why we have it.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You completed a form on Facebook, Google or our website to join one of our campaigns.
You emailed us about one of our campaigns.

We use the information that you have given us in order to i) contact you about one of our campaigns ii) to add your signatory to a campaign letter iii) (if applicable) to inform your MP that you have signed a campaign letter.

How we store your personal informationYour information is securely stored.
We keep your personal identifiers and contact details for two years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our files.
